If you are the sender of the shipment, you must print all the labels received in three copies and attach them to the parcels you have to ship. We recommend applying the labels on the top side of the parcel. It is important that there are no other labels on the parcel besides that of the shipment in progress, to reduce errors.
Warning: To have a fully satisfactory service, printing labels is paramount!!!
When you make a shipment, you will receive the confirmation of the order at your e-mail address:
• order number (you will also find it on your credit card statement): this will allow you to track the shipment
• Support Code: By entering this code in the “Support” section, you can send your customer service requests via e-mail
Of course: this is one of the advantages of being a registered users. Enter the sender and recipient of your choice and proceed to the payment. The invoice will be sent to the registered user. The tracking and support codes will always be sent to the e-mail address you entered.
